Whirlpool AKZ161 – no power to main oven and display unit

Hi,

Went to this oven a month ago, all the element seems to be working but I can’t remember fully what I did as I am sure that I have checked it.

Anyway, turned out that there’s power to the top oven but not the main oven as it appears to be on different circuit. I have a hunch that it could be the power card being the problem.

Any thoughts and is there anything I may have missed that could be causing the problem? The owner is minded to replace the oven and I am at the stage that it’s seem unlikely to get the replacement oven due to Whirlpool not having in stock and it has been delayed by another month. I don’t think the owner is willing to wait for that long.

oddly enough no I do not have it. I will get it on Friday but the owner is dead set on replacing the oven.
