Hi all, I have the above oven, which whirlpool are still selling

Yesterday whilst we was doing a pyro clean we had a local power cut. The oven has since not functioned at all, no display and the door still locked.

After doing research this morning I have learnt that probably it’s the thermal fuse?

After learning how to open the locked door and getting the oven part number I carried on searching for the thermal fuse part number…. To which if I even type in all the info I know about my oven nothing comes up! Not from any spares site in the UK.

I thought I would then remove the oven to find the thermal fuse to see if the part number is printed on the part….but I cannot locate the thermal fuse?

I have removed the top cover and the rear cover and cannot see anything that resembles a thermal fuse that you see on YouTube or on spares websites….

Can somebody obviously with more knowledge than me point me in the right direction to find out
    1. Why is my oven not listed for spares even on the whirlpool website
    2. Where can I find a site that lists my spares?

The model stated in the paperwork is
    AKZM 755
The model listed in the oven is
    AKZM 755/IX
The product code on the service sticker is
    852575538000
    The service number is
    14102629322
    The type number is
    FXQP6

Many thanks in advance for all your replies and advise.

If there’s no way of me repairing this by replacing a fuse I will need an engineer in the NG4 area

    Cheers Mark
