Whirlpool american collection not cleaning

I have a Model No. 3RLSQ8000JQ6 its not washing properly, on a white wash clothes coming out stained. any idears.

It’s an American style top loader, yes? It has no heater and relies on the hot supply for any sort of warm wash. This means that by now the machine is filthy due to the absence of the ability to do a proper hot wash or a stand-alone service wash.

Yes its a top loader with its own hot & cold feed. What do i need to do, please.

I have, or the wife has done a stand alone hot wash, this has made no difference and the wife is moaning that its just not washing properly !
Any idears.

Not had any response so I suspose I need to buy a new washing machine whats the best to go for ?

THIS STUFF is pretty amazing.

The limitation on a hot wash with your machine is your hot water supply. A service wash on a front loader would be carried out at at least 90c; you’ll be limited to 60c at the very most.

The other option would be to get the top off and see about having the inner drum removed to allow everything to be scrubbed clean.

Thanks, Its only what 3 years old and seems clean !
Could I not put something in on a service wash to clean ?
