    Hi, has anyone experienced the new range, and what are your opinions on the 20RID4 that we’re thinking of getting for our new kitchen

    Nope.

    I asked Whirlpool for one to test and have a look at a while ago, but it fell on deaf ears I’m afraid. Guess they must think I’d slag it off when I’d actually far prefer to report that the new one was better.

    Of what I’ve heard the older ones were crap, but others said they have had no problems with them. Are Whirlpool generally quite reliable?

    Have a look in the refrigeration forum Adam, it won’t take too long to see what’s what with the US Whirlpools. 😉

    Bear in mind though, they do sell a LOT of them so there’s bound to be more reported faults.
