hi can anyone help, I have a Whirlpool American fridge/freezer arz740/B Model no:3xes0fhqkb00 code no:856-740-01010 freezer side not fully freezing fridge side warm any ideas please, thanks

Remove the lower grille under the doors and hoover out any fluff then check that the condenser fan is running by taking off the rear cover.
The fan runs when the compressor runs.
Don’t forget to re fit the cover as the fridge will not work otherwise.
Check that the evaporator fan is running.You will hear it when you open the freezer door.
If all is OK you need to check if the defrost function is working.
The defrost element is accessed through the rear of the freezer compartment and the defrost timer is behind the fascia in the fridge.

That is as far as you can go without expert help.
