Whirlpool American Fridge freezer not working!!

I have whirpool model S20B RSS31 A/G
numberss on plate 858615115011 110337015183

its been clicking for a long time when using the water and radomly making the noise, and i have just ignored it but now the the display alarms and — are seen the fridge and freezer shudown, if I leave for a while and then turn it on it behaves for maybe a couple of hours the bleets again with the alarm.

I have read alot about the front and back boards that go wrong, so my question is, will replacing one or both of the boards get the freezer and fridge working again,or does it only cure clicking issue

If i need to buy the boards could you give me the part numbers and possibly the best place to get them.
