I have a Whirlpool Americal FF, still within the 1 year warranty.
It has caused us non stop problems since we bought it: the fridge part freezes! We have had to throw away so much food.
We have had an engineer out 3 times, and had the front panel, the back panel and most recently the internal fan, replaced. The problem is getting worse.
I am now very fed up! Comet and Whirlpool are passing the buck between them, and all they are agreeing to do is send out another engineer- again.
Does anyone know what my legal rights are? How many times do I have to put up with an engineer NOT fixing the problem?
I paid for a new, working fridge, not a faulty one, and yet there seems to be nothing I can do except put up with being fobbed off.
can anyone advise me on what to do next?
