I had a problem with the fridge getting too warm and the icemaker not working, I found the air diffuser between the fridge and freezer never opened so I replaced the capacitors on the rear PCB and restarted the fridge freezer, I now find the icemaker is working the fridge now works but I have a problem with the freezer as follows: The compressor comes on and gets the freezer to -18 the front control panel then reads -18c and 4c so far so good…….the compressor then switches off and seems to work for a while however on occasions the compressor fails to restart until the freezer is around -4c, this causes the front control panel to alarm etc………….any idea’s what the problem could be?
    Thx

I have now solved the problem, thought I would post the repair incase anyone has same problem after replacing caps…..I found the the compressor relay on the control board was faulty, I replaced that and now the fridge/freezer works perfectly
