Freezer: top of ice-maker continually freezes up with about 2″ of ice, so much so that the door won’t close properly ’til it’s scraped off! Engineer has attended at least twice and reports that this is due to the filter (at the bottom of the freezer). The ice is scraped of and filter cleaned and he leaves …. but the problem recurs. Machine also very noisy. Anyone else experienced this problem …? (I do have repair/replacement insurance cover on this item.)
