    Hi there,

    We have a Whirlpool S20B RSB21 – A/G.
    The fridge part is not cooling and food is going off.

    We tried to change temperature on the control panel and its a 2 and freezer at -18.
    It doesn’t make any difference.

    We hovered the grill at the back and also removed it and hoovered behind it.
    No improvement!

    Can you please advise on what else we could do to get the fridge working again?

    Also the ice maker has not been working for months but its not as much priority as fridge!

    Have you checked the diverter valve as that would be the most likely cause from what I know of these units?

    It can of course be other things and some investigation would be needed. If you are not sure I would recommend that you get a pro to look at it though.

    Thanks for your swift reply.
    I’m a definitely not a ‘pro’ 😉 so I will investigate that….. And consider getting an engineer…
