whirlpool American style SBS F/F icing evaporator

Hi All
Hope someone can assist.
I have a whirlpool FTSB36AF20/3 side by side.
Had an issue with the temp in the freezer and warning symbol on front LCD panel, that required some capacitors to be replaced on the main PCB.
Temp fine issue resolved but now have an icing issue evaporator coil constantly freezing over.
I’ve checked the heat element and have continuity
Checked the function of the bi metallic switch and that seems fine
Condenser kicks in and out like it should
Am I missing something, any help would be greatly appericated, new baby in the house so under pressure to resolve.

You only have the defrost heating element, the thermostat and the control board so, if two from three are okay… 🙁

Kwatt, thanks for the prompt reply, ran the inbuilt diagnostic but did not indicate a problem looks like have to purchase new fridge.
