    Customer tells me the machine flooded floor. and hasen’t worked since,..I tested machine fills with water, but the programe aborts on all programes, and drains out water.
    no leak found. this machine has a Pcb timer.
    can any one help please. cheers John.

    Hi,
    Check the motor brushes. This machine attempts to rotate the drum before programmes start. If the drum doesn`t move the programme aborts.

    before fill with water electronics checks the motor…
    Question is how flooded floor? from where or what caused that?

    Common faults : Air chamber clogged up. Sump Hose ball valve gets blocked ( overloading/ socks etc) Heater earth leak and the usual Motor Brushes. 😉

    Thanks gents for your replys I will check and repair, then post what the problem was.
