Whirlpool APD W/1 Dishwasher

Hi all

looked at the above dishwasher, I think the customer has opened the door part way through the cycle but it dose not won’t to reset. when restarting it skips wash and goes straight onto rinse, any ideas please

Model number isn’t correct. What’s the 85 number on it?
Start light should be flashing an error code to you. Count the flashes between pauses, the codes are in the “known error codes” sticky.
