whirlpool aquasteam w/m awod/as128 f06

customer rang to say she has this whirlpool washer.
Model AWO/D AS128 & it comes up with fault F06.

Anyone know what this is can`t find this model in the fault code list.

F06 means the tacho has not detected the motor turning, probably carbons..

thanks for the reply, John.
I put it on a wash & after 12 mins the motor speed ramped then F06.
Checked the tacho coil it was open circuit…reset the machine put it on a spin did this ok checked the coil was showing correct resistance.
Found a scrap motor of same make transferred tacho coil…so far seems to have cured the fault!!!

Anyone else had intermittant tacho coils?? I`ve seen fill valves do the same thing but so far not a tacho coil.
