Whirlpool ARC 41701x

Hi folks, The fan in the freezer goes round like a good un but no air is getting into the fridge, the fan is not iced up, the vent between freezer and fridge is clear and the damper is open. why oh why when the fan works is no cold air reaching the fridge????. am I missing a fundamental

Should be two vents flow and return,can’t remember exactly but return is lower down and is possibly iced up,some times down behind evaporator.

check that evaporator drain hole hasent been foamed over from manurfacturer.
