Whirlpool ARC400 F/F

Hi

One of my customer has a F/F Mod ARC400, to start with the freezer leaks
from the filter at the front and the water runs into the shelfs on the door of the fridge,
then after two-three days the fridge backs up but the freezer keeps on working.
has enyone come across this problem before ??
