I have problems with a Whirlpool ARC7612 (8501 761 15070) fridge freezer. The evaporator over ices blocking airflow through the appliance.
I ordered an evaporator thermistor from Connect Dist. and they sent me a sensor kit p/n WPL481231018846. The info that came with this part was headed “Refrigerator sensor substitution”. Is this a modification or should I order the four wire bimetal unit which is mounted on the evaporator?
Can anyone help with this?
