    Huge f/f. ice makes huge cracking noice,been there twice now .first time took baskets out and there was a sheet of ice on the back panel ,checked behind panel all was normal .had she left door open? .cleared all the ice went for about a month and she is calling again ,exactly the same.any ideas.m
