    I have a great ARZ740 American fridge freezer and recently the freezer seems to be constantly pumping out cold air.
    This is causing the bottom tray in the fridge to freeze everything in it. The air flow at the bottom between the freezer and fridge gets frozen over also.
    When it stops then the fridge doesn’t seem to keep as cold as it should resulting in the need to turn the cold up.
    All help appreciated. I really can’t afford to replace it

    Can you post the service number from the rating plate so we can see what it is and the layout?
