    hi this machine faults F13, When I turned the control dial to OFF and then back on again the power wouldn’t come on – no lights etc. and door wouldn’t open.

    After a couple of minutes the door unlocked and now the power is back on and everything seems fine. Ran a ‘rinse and spin’ cycle and it stopped with the same code.

    any help appreciated thanks john

    F13 = door lock fault.

    thanks John the fault code i have said something about dispenser error
