    Hi can anyone help a customer phoned today and said that his 18 month old washing machine will not start all it has on the LED disllay is SERVICE.

    no easy to tell from this all this means is the pcb has detected a fault could be all sorts

    would check motor and heater first and take it from there

    Dave thanks for your help but looked at machine today to find mod awo/d 4505 also it has no LED display but a service light pluse the bearings are shot and the belts come off ripping the wires off the pcb ?worth repair customer calling whirlpool. But thanks for your help Les
