Just been on this 1 last month same fault element caked up with strong detergent. i changed the heater this time and it just would not clear the f02 fault spent an over an hour checking everything else float switch is ok and the thermistor and a few other things
however its was 1pm on a saturday afternoon so i gave up. called back on tuesday at it working. and still is.
so anyone come across these faults it maybe worth unplugging for 24hrs ?
