Hi there all, ok i have a Whirlpool 337 washing machine that won’t spin. When the drum tries to spin you can see it tension and sort of wobble back and forth but not acyually rotate. I have checked the drum rotates freely and the woble would tell me the belt is ok and tight enough to move it. Do you think it could be brushes though there were no strange noises or arking prior to this happening or could it be more serious. I have rotated the drum and tried it again to see if it was just a dodgy part of the armature on the motor but made no difference. Your expert oppinions would be greatly appreciated. Steve
