Whirlpool AWM 5125

Hi

I wondered if anyone had come across poor quality washes delivered by the above named washing machine. I have cleaned the filters made sure the hot feed is clear, put the machine through 2 empty high temperature wash cycles yet even on “cotton” washes the machine fails to get things clean.

The Washer is less than three years old and looks brand new. Maybe its just a poor quality machine ?

Any thoughts or suggestions would be very welcome

I shall read it and see if things improve. I was wondering if there just might be something up with the heating element / thermostat ?
