Machine appears to be perfect physically. Nothing loose, bearings and drum support perfect, smooth as you like on spin.

Motor looks fine and tacho appears to be intact.

I suspected OOB but she says it jumps around and sometimes stops altogether during wash action as well.

It worked perfectly for me, any previous on these. 😕

They did appear to be OK but I didn’t want to start pulling them to hard and due to the two WMA rear halves I had to fit later I couldn’t spend to much time on it.

Will go back and dig deeper. 😀

check the suspension legs, there set up and fixing arrangment are complex to say the least, i went to 1 the other day same thing noisy as hell and all i could find was the excessive movement in legs, have ordered a pair and see how it goes.

I hear what you say, however the suspension legs looked OK and wouldn’t account for jumping around during a wash cycle.

Jim, if it’s got a CESET motor in it with the red wires into the tacho, it will be the problem.

Just like the common fault on the Hoover/Candy ones, I’ll bet the tacho isn’t available as a spare. 😥

Sadly it wasn’t. I tried a new motor I had and it still went into spin on wash. I have tightened up all the connections on the control unit and on test it seemed OK, time will tell. 😉
