richard here been to this thing b4,displaying error fp,no drain,found pump working,plaset,while iwas there.drain hose blocked solid with chalk ,cured that and m/c worked fine 4 two washes now same code back,what do u think,ta eng14

Either the customer has blocked it or the pump is intermittent I would think Richard 😉

dave went back today,checked sump hose flter,drain hose,put new pump on stillfault appears half way through wash.must now assume timer or display card fault,what do you think,richard,fault code fp

Richard,

Don’t assume card faults at this stage, instead check first the state of the element and that the air chamber is clear!

If you set the machine to do just a “Rinse & Spin” will that operate correctly I wonder? If so I reckon the “card” is OK 🙂
