Hi, yea we have now checked the filter and pump and they were blocked,so i put a load of washing in on a 40 synthetic wash, everything was going well untill about 16mins left on the wash and it stopped and that error came up again,i then drained the machine and that worked fine so i put it on the rapid quick wash cycle and that cycle works, so when that was finished i tried the 40 synthetic wash again and the same thing happened again.
hope you can help,

The pump motor itself may be on its way out. A 5p will exactly fit the outlet tube of the pump and may act as a part-time flap valve. If the machine is connected to an undersink spout, strip and check the coupling.
Power off if dismantling the pump.
