    Customer advised that machine made a bang (mechanical) while spinning, now the inner drum rubs on the door boot slightly and there is some play on the drum.

    Didn’t pull the machine out (built in) but guessed it would probably be a broken spider on back of inner drum. Unfortunatley I dont have a Sios disk with this model on.

    Can anyone advise me if this machine does have a spider, and is it replaceable or do you have to have complete inner drum.

    Just need to get some idea of price, then guess I will have to get the machine out, an awkward one!!
