Hi guys, above machine has a fault code relating to a board communication fault.
The machine is in a local hotel and so gets a lot of use.
I referred them to Whirlpool because there are 4 boards on the machine and due to cost.
The hotel phoned me today asking if I new which board was faulty as the Whirlpool engineer said he could not identify the fault/faulty board without replacing all 4 boards?
Do Whirlpool not have the facilities to repair their own appliances by fault finding procedures?
