    Simple question

Rinse hold – should button be in or out to select rinse hold?

    Thanks

    Hi Bryan

Instructions here if you need them, but not much use for your question though. IIRC in is rinse hold selected.

Thanks Don, hopefully I can get a definite answer from someone on here. I too think button in selects rinse hold but smart a**e customer thinks opposite so I need to be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure.

Button in to select for deffo.

    I’m guessing filter blocked.

It drains perfectly when she manually selects drain or spin.
She is using it with the rinse hold button pressed in and she’s very reluctant to try it with button out for some reason known only to her.

If we’re sure button should be out to de-select rinse hold then that’s almost certainly the problem.

Customer insists “that button has always been in and never caused a problem on that cycle”, but heard that before, just wanted to be certain.

    Thanks

    Bryan
