HI, many many years ago, when I was but a nipper…..
Ok maybe not that long ago, but a few years ago I had to do something (can’t remember what) to our washing machine & for some reason I moved the red sprung lever that is on the top of the housing for the powder/conditioner tray.

Since then, in order for it to empty properly, er indoorshas to leave the tray 1/2 open.

Can any of you guru’s reccomend the correct settings for the spray adjustment “thingy” so that she can close it properly.

Oh and any idea why she has to thump the door before it starts?
Could it be a clogged up sensor/microswitch somewhere?

I’d rather dismantle & reassemble the whole thing than let her near
    comet’s salerooms again.. 😉

    Thankyou,
    Mattylad.

    Hi

The spray adjuster should be set more or less in the middle of all those points you have to chose from, its not that critical really and the door problem is either the handle spring which has broken (it has two arms and one snaps) or the door interlock is on its last legs

    Hope this helps
