Have just been back for the second time to this Whirlpool AWM5104/4 customer complains that it is taking too long to do the program. I can confirm that it does take 2hr 25mins to do program 6, at 40 deg wash this does seem a long time as most other machines take about 1hr 15mins to do the same 40 deg wash.
I have changed the timer/program (had one on van) but still the same. It does seem to pause for quite some time, a little way past 10 on the timer not sure if it washing/heating or rinsing at this point.

It fills quickly enough and you can hear the heater come on, does not appear to overheat, not filling and emptying at the same time.

Does anyone know if 2hr 25mins is normal or what else it might be?

    Thanks for looking
