    A customer of mine has called me with a problem, his little girl turned the timer dial during a wash cycle and now the machine won’t respond to any positions of the timer.
    Does anyone know the reset procedure for this machine

    normally you would just keep start button pressed in for 5-10 seconds to clear memory/resett?

    Have you checked the Whirlpool website for a user manual?
    You’ll need the 12 nc for this though.

    I did test, the problem that you explain, and had no consequences: programmer moved to next position continuing program. So, if she (little girl) did turn backwards then shall have one big problem (new programmer).
