Whirlpool AWM6145/3

At start of any cycle , pump runs for a few seconds and “door open” light starts flashing , no water intake or drum action 😕 . Door is locked on , so presumably door interlock ok.

Sure I`ve had this in the past and having checked every component on the machine , I thought it must be (very expensive) module fault.

Any help much appreciated.

hi think I have had a similar problem that turned out to be only the motor brushes.

Thanks lads , new brushes fitted and job done :tup:

Must remember , Whirlpool with door open light flashing = check carbon brushes :).
