Will try to have a go at solving your problem. FH you are correct that it means no fill. Start with the daft things first, you have taken the hose off the valve and ran the hose into a bucket to check the water pressure, taken off the tap end and had a look at the washer (actually physically blow through the pipe too-you never know it might be blocked, rare but not unknown) because on some there may be a mesh inlet washer that is blocked with water gravel(strange yet true!) as likewise the valves own filter-so check this too. The other not so well known FH problem is when the pressure water level switch thinks it has water inside the tank when there is none and if your lucky it may be a blocked up underneath (which would not surprise me in the least!)in the “air trap”- your looking for a thin hose that goes from the pressure switch at the top of the machine to a hose or vessel chamber (from memory) underneath the tank somewhere….power off before checking here. Did have once and only once on a similar machine to yours where it was none of the above suggestions and it was in fact the valve itself working but not very well at all-would mechanically only open 25{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}- so could be even this. Best of luck with it.
