    Customer just phoned.

Set programme, machine starts to fill for about 10 seconds then ‘door open’ light flashes and machine stops.

Is this just a dodgy door lock or do I need to look elswhere?

Sounds like a door problem; as in catch or interlock Jim, anything else and it would put an error code up.
I remember some of the newer Zanussi doing this very fault, whatever relevence that has 😀

I think Mark has got it, saw a few of these with wierd and wonderful faults and the first thing to check is the carbons.

    Hi Iadom
It is definately the carbons 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure. When the door locks it checks the pump then the motor before filling. If the motor does not turn then the door lock light flashes.
