Hi, please can some give me some guidance. My machine has suddenly stopped working. All lights are on and the machine commences a cycle, however as soon as it does you can hear clicking from the control unit area (top right of machine) and about 10-20 seconds in the cycle stops and the door open light starts to flash although the door is in fact still locked.
Any clues? I’d be grateful of some advice.

First thing i would check are the brushes on the motor 😉 Had a call to one of these machines with the same symptoms which was caused by worn motor brushes.
