Whirlpool awm8163/3 F 07 fault code

I would be very grateful if anyone knew what is causing this error code F 07 ❓ ❓ . I have removed two keys and about 50p in small change from the drain filter. This allowed me to drain the machine properly but it still has this code after a few seconds of any program. I am a qualified Electronics engineer but i dont have a fault code list to whirlpool devices. The machine is (so called under service agreement) however they say the cannot come to fix it for around three weeks…. Damn i have four kids !!!!! lol way to much washing every day let alone three bloomin weeks..

Any help in identifing this code would be very much appreciated. 😀

Problem with motor speed control circuitry.

Power off when investigating, of course.

Hi Martin
F07 is a problem with either the electronic module or motor ie a drive problem.

Thanks for the help guys …. just found out we have extra cover so it would appear it covered under warrenty….. The repairer is due 2morrow.
