    Customer has a problem in that there is no drum action my problem is that there is some drum action but it is a brushless motor, am I looking for a fault in the module motor or ?????? wiring harness is fine plugs all secure ???

    connections on any of the ribbon cables , especially between the motor control pcb and the one up top – any error codes showing ?

    No errors showing, just mostly the drum wont move then away it goes
