Whirlpool AWM9000 Big front loader washing machine

Hi,
Whirlpool AWM9000-WM1100 857008415002
I saw somebody saying that there is a test mode on these anyone know how to do it,
its displaying an FA fault code, I have replaced the pump flow meter water valve solenoids
but no joy, also removed sump and drain hose no blockages.

still having problems with this one I put it through a test program and it came up with no fault code

hi again, I have changed the water valves the flow meter the pump and the main circuit board but still have the same fault,
would anyone have any ideas

long shot did you check for heater earth faults
dont know if it affects this machine but as we know it does with lots of others
