A bit of a strange fault! First off the service no:- 857008415002.
It is fitted with a non contact 3 phase motor.
This appliance completes the full engineer test cycle ok with no fault displayed at the end.
During normal use, intermittently, there is no motor action. If the appliance is put on to the drain and spin setting, the door locks, it starts to fill for aprox 10 seconds, then stops, the door unlocks, then around 5 seconds later it relocks and drains. Some times it will then go on to spin, some times it counts down to 13 mins, the time remaining indicator then starts to flash, the door is locked, the motor is stationary & the keypad is locked. You then have to switch it off at the plug to reset it? I suspect it is prob the top pcb. Just wanted another opinion before ordering a part of that cost!
