hi had a cust on ref this machine as i have never been to one before has any one got any tech info or common problems,cust says it is shutting down and a bit erratic.

hi i have some more info on thisthe cust says it is flashing DL and E fault can anyone shed any light on this or a tech manual cheers .

Ah – there is an AWM9100/1. That lists FDL as door lock problem – actuator, workings or wiring.

No FE.

thanks penguin for response your model is correct i have been today and FDL is coming up and door does not lock but cust also says when it gets to 90 mins it flashes F11 any ideas on this code?

Communication problem between front board and main control unit.
