Hi
Trying to get into diagnostic mode on this machine but it won’t let me. The red service light comes on straight away. Would anyone have any ideas ? Thanks

all the docs I can find tell you how to run test prog and no mention of what to do if it fails

if your definitely doing it correctly then all I can suggest its check the obvious things which I assume you have already done

Thanks I will retry test again and see if I can get it

the one fatal code that if it detects it is the thermister, it will not let it finish the test programme if this is faulty. Failing that you will have a problem with the board.
