    Right. Everybody finished?

All posters are advised, once again, to read and understand the FORUM RULES as a starting point for what the professionals will and won’t do to help you and what the amatuers are allowed to tell you.

The information provided by Higher-Water-Level, whilst possibly technically correct, was described completely incorrectly. The pressure switch is located under the timer/module unit. It has a connecting hose to the air bell on the front of the outer tub. The only way to investigate this problem correctly is to remove the front panel from the machine, with the power disconnected of course.

H-W-L – I would suggest that you contact spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk with your spares requirement. I can find no reference to the model number you have posted. Siltal do not sell under their own name in the UK, so a check for the actual badge will help you..

No it won’t as it is…….Caremark 😕 . Went bust along with parent company, Bernstien Group in 2004!! 😥
So I found out who made it and Siltal is now all I have to go on!
Thank you very much for your help
    Oliver 😉

PS. What part of Yorkshire are you from Penguin? If you don’t mind me asking! 😆

    no, thats the pump

what u need to do, with the plug out.. is locate the pressure switch
if u look under the lid, towards the front of the machine, theres a switch with a small black hose leading downwards from it

the pressure vessel is at the other end

if its a welded tub, it wont be way to get at or clean.. maybe blow DOWN the hose to try and clear it

    good luck
