    Hi,
Does anyone know if the old outer splitable tub can go into the same model with the sealed drum?
I sold the newer one April last year and bearings gone already but I have a used old type tub and feel obliged to help this customer out.
    More rubbish from Whirlpool.
    Thanks
    Rob

Re: Whirlpool AWO/D4505 tub UPDATE ***2 year guarantee***

Customer rang Whirlpool and they were no help so she emailed customer service who responded that there was a 2 year guarantee on their machines (news to me) and they would replace the drum for her 😆
She still won’t buy any more Whirlpool products but this news may be of help to others on here.
    A happy Rob

First I have ever heard of that one. Whirlpool instructions for use state it`s a twelve month warranty with an option on extending the parts guarantee to eight years by an extra payment.

Good for your customer though 😀
