Fitted pump as it was buzzing without turning. Job done so I thought. Its back to day but the pump is running ok and the cycle goes through to the end but there is no motor action of spin. Does anyone have a manual to help on my return tomorrow more so to help with test programme?? Many thanks Geoff December 13, 2010 at 12:55 pm #338582 MartinParticipant Re: Whirlpool AWO/D4605 geoff1 wrote:Its back to day but the pump is running ok and the cycle goes through to the end but there is no motor action of spin. So, I have to ask, have you checked the motor and the wiring harness to it? December 13, 2010 at 1:17 pm #338583 Micky 32Participant Check that the pressure switch chamber isn’t blocked. Come actross a few that were that gave an intermittent spin. Also have come across a broken wire at the motor plug. Pressure chamber nice and clean As to the fault it will spin one day then the next it will not.
