    Program sticks have tried it on synthetics 40 deg, also cottons 40 deg, fills, washers & heats up and just keeps washing does not move on through program.

    I was told by customer that it will go through program on the 30min wash .

    Any help/suggestions much appreciated

    Anybody know how long it would stay on wash at 40 deg? I waited about an hour
