    AWO 9663 859203615000
    sometimes works, F11 appears after about 20 secs, door won’t unlock unless you switch it to off position, count down sticks on one minute.
    checked through components and wiring, no bad connections.
    F11 meaning communications error.
    Control module or timer !!
    help in the right choice would be great.

    I would start with the Brushes, common on these.

    F11= timer/power board. Although sometimes F11 can be cured by cleaning connections on ribbon cable. Or if you have a S.A.M. unit, you can try and reprogramme the eprom. Both of these things can cure this. If you have to order anything, order timer. The control module is just a flash switch. cheers Robwash
