ModeratorNot been out to this machine yet, a search doesn’t bring up much info.
Machine stopped with ‘Service’ in the display. Don’t know the 12NC yet or if any other lights are flashing, is it a case of just checking everything if there are no flashing lights?

Update.
Called this morning.
12nc. 859233215200. customer cannot recall which if any lights were flashing. 😥Full visual and electrical checks revealed nothing obvious, brushes fine, pump and eco ball clear.
looking at the last load I suspected OOB but when I tried it with or without a load it still would not progress into spin.
Set to spin, pump kicks in for a couple of seconds then goes off, comes on again and drum revolves up to distribute speed. After 25 to 30 seconds pump cuts out, motor stops. Motor then does a short 2 second tumble, pump then starts again and it does another 25 to 30 seconds distribute then stopping again ad infinitum, or at least until I got fed up of watching it. 😉
Any clues, service light never came on whilst I was there.
Jim.

Any progress with this one Jim ❓
I have same model with identical fault.
Probably the PCB but just wondered if a slightly stretched belt can cause this problem even without a load.
Seem to remember fitting a new belt for a similar fault on some Servis machines as the slightly stretched belt is simulating OOB conditions.
Didn’t have a belt to try unfortunately 😥Bryan

Not yet Bryan, I am waiting for the customer to get back to me with a report on any flashing lights ATM.
It is as you say as if the machine is sensing an OOB situation that isn’t there. :con:

Rang the customer this morning for an update.
I did tell them to avoid underloading. Machine has now done 5 or 6 ‘full’ loads without any problems. :con:
