customer tells me that fault code FO7 showing/ I asked him to remove fluff filter & check that pump was running, the pump starts /stops /starts !! the fault code also flags up. it sounds like a pump fault, but being its running with no water in I would have thought it would go straight into spin mode, and not activate the fault code.. any advice please. john
